The role will include managing operatives diaries and ensuring they are kept productive. Dealing with busy phone line and communicating with clients via email. Key Responsibilities: Updating client's systems. You will deal effectively with clients and third parties over phone and in written correspondence. Booking of appointments for operatives Managing operatives diaries Manage daily task list Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls. Skills & Experience Good telephone manner Conversant in Microsoft office Highly organised Willingness to learn new skills Excellent attention to detail What we offer?
