We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Plumber to join a reputable contractor specialising in social housing repairs and maintenance. The role involves delivering high-standard reactive repairs, refurbishment works, and planned maintenance across residential properties throughout the London Borough of Ealing.

Responsibilities
Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps. Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations. Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken. Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (manual) Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
