We are seeking a Post-doctoral Research Associate to join the Community and Health Research Unit (CaHRU) to contribute to clinical trials and applied health research across primary, prehospital, and acute care settings.

You will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering clinical trials and related research projects. Responsibilities will include day-to-day trial management; ensuring adherence to protocols, standard operating procedures, ethical approvals, and regulatory requirements; and overseeing participant recruitment, data management, and monitoring activities.

The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, Chief Investigators, and external collaborators, acting as a key point of contact for project delivery. You will contribute to trial governance processes, support meetings and oversight committees, maintain essential trial documentation including Trial Master Files, and ensure appropriate handling of confidential data.

You will also contribute to the preparation of reports, publications, and presentations, and will engage in wider research and professional development activities within CaHRU.

This role is well suited to a researcher with experience in clinical trials, quantitative research methods, and research governance, who enjoys managing complex projects and working collaboratively within a dynamic research environment.
