Practice Manager

Practice Manager Newbattle Medical Group £60,000 - £70,000

We are looking for someone to join the practice who will provide Operational, Financial and Strategic Management of the practice. You will work closely with GP Partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality primary care services to the local community. You will be involved in all aspects of managing a large practice including – Operational Management Financial Management Governance, Compliance and Quality Improvement Patient Services and Communication IT, Digital and Data Management

Experience and Skills Required Experience in managing staff and leading operational teams. Strong leadership and people‑management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and solve problems effectively. High IT literacy and adaptability to evolving digital tools. Experience in business administration Financial management competence Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operations.
