THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Press Assistant to join our fabulous PR team to provides overall support to the press team. You will be responsible for generating press coverage across media and responsible for all gifting. This role is hybrid and will be based in our Head Office.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This role will be responsible for generating coverage across the print and online media working closely with the Press Officer. The role will lead all PR gifting projects across press, influencers and celebrities – working closely with the Press Officer Brief in all mailers and assist with sell ins Be reactive to new product, updating the team so they can maximise opportunities Work with the Press Officer and Buying teams to fulfil call ins and provide overall support to the Press Team Sample management and returns Work with the Press Officer to maintain and grow influencer relationships Attending regional store activations with Press Officer on an ADHOC / Project basis Assisting Press Officer on press events and celebrity activity Accountable for all PR reporting including weekly coverage reports, adhoc projects, monthly reports and event reporting

WHO YOU ARE:

Excellent people skills, computer literature, excellent time management. Ability to prioritise workload and tasks Good telephone manner and exemplary organisational skills. Experience in either an in-house or agency PR role is essential Knowledge of the media world GCSE’S and A levels or equivalent
