The Opportunity We’re looking for a Principal / Lead US GTM Recruiter to spearhead our expansion into the US.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll: Lead and grow our presence in the New York GTM market Play a key role in launching and scaling the AEs of New York community Partner with leadership to define and execute our US go-to-market hiring strategy Build Unicorn into a recognised and trusted GTM recruitment brand in the US

Key Responsibilities Own and drive GTM recruitment across the US market (with a key focus on Account Executive hiring) Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and GTM talent in New York Lead business development efforts and win new partnerships in the US Launch and grow community initiatives (e.g. AEs of New York) Collaborate with internal leadership on US expansion strategy Mentor and support future team growth in the region

What We’re Looking For Proven experience in GTM / Sales recruitment (ideally at Senior, Principal, or Lead level) Strong track record of billing and/or building client relationships Deep understanding of US GTM hiring markets (New York experience highly desirable) Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something from the ground up Passion for community building and brand-led recruitment Willingness to travel regularly to the US
