I'm currently working on an exciting search for an Investment Professional to join a well-capitalised institutional real estate investor in London, focused exclusively on European Logistics.
This is a senior hire with real breadth, origination, underwriting and execution across acquisitions, platforms and joint ventures, working closely with senior leadership on a growing pan-European portfolio.
The ideal candidate will bring: 8–11 years in real estate private equity or a principal investment role Proven origination capability, relationships and track record across European logistics markets Strong underwriting fundamentals and hands-on deal execution experience Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, high-performance environment European language skills are a bonus
