Remember why you became a physiotherapist? Chances are, it was to see patients through a full recovery and give them their lives back—not to rush them out the door. We are looking for an ambitious Physiotherapist to join a premium clinic designed around your ability to practice at your best.

The Essentials Salary: Starting from £42,000 per annum (negotiable on experience). Hours: 37 hours per week (33 clinical / 4 dedicated admin & CPD). Structure: 60-minute assessment and treatment slots. Tech: Fully fitted rehab gym, VALD testing equipment, and AI-powered note-taking.

Practice Physiotherapy as it Should Be We deliberately structure our schedules to ensure you have the time required to profoundly impact your patients' well-being.

No Rushing: Every patient receives a full hour. You have the time to identify root causes and explain them in plain English. Zero-Admin Focus: We use AI-powered documentation that generates your clinical notes in real-time. Your admin is finished the moment your patient leaves the room. End-to-End Care: You aren't limited by "handfuls" of sessions. You will oversee complete rehabilitation plans for as long as the patient needs you.

Building Meaningful Relationships Our objective extends beyond immediate pain relief; we strive to help individuals successfully return to the activities they value most, whether that is swinging a golf club comfortably, enjoying retirement holidays, or playing with their grandchildren.

Empathetic Support: You will be committed to providing the compassionate, ongoing emotional support necessary for patients to complete their programmes. Refined Communication: Exploring a patient's true goals requires them to share vulnerabilities. You must possess the interpersonal skills to foster genuine trust and navigate sensitive conversations.

Navigating Private Healthcare Practice Because our premium approach requires an investment of time and resources from our patients, we require a practitioner who is comfortable with the commercial aspects of private practice. You should be open, confident, and highly professional when discussing treatment plans and financial investments, ensuring transparency at all times.

Who You Are

Experienced: You have 1.5 to 2+ years of post-qualifying experience (a perfect step up for a confident Band 5 or new Band 6 escaping the public sector grind). Eager to Progress: You want 1-on-1 mentoring from our Clinical Director and to be part of a team where your voice is heard. Independent: While fully supported, you are ready to take ownership of your diary and manage an MSK caseload with confidence. Qualified: HCPC Registered and CSP Member.
