What you’ll be doing • Designing and developing commercially strong textile products • Managing the full product lifecycle from idea → production • Working closely with manufacturing (UK) and suppliers (India) • Supporting seasonal ranges, forward planning, and timelines • Creating specs, samples, and ensuring quality standards • Improving existing product lines and driving innovation

What we need • Strong experience in textile design & product development • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes • Ability to manage timelines, critical paths, and workload • Commercial awareness (costs, margins, retailer expectations) • Hands-on, proactive mindset
