This role will focus on shaping and delivering a strategic roadmap of system and process improvements within the finance function, ensuring successful delivery across business and technology teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a credible and commercially minded programme professional who can drive change, manage external delivery partners, and bring structure to a complex transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities Define and manage the overall programme plan, roadmap, and delivery milestones Lead the implementation of finance system and process changes across the business Coordinate internal stakeholders across finance, technology, and operations Manage third-party technology partners and external developers Oversee programme budgets, governance, and risk management Ensure delivery is aligned to business objectives and timelines Support business readiness and adoption of change across impacted teams About You Proven end-to-end Programme / Project Management experience Strong track record delivering complex business change initiatives Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders Experience managing external suppliers and third-party partners Strong commercial awareness with budget ownership experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Previous finance transformation experience is beneficial, but sector background can vary
