QVIS Lighting and Security is a family-owned business based in Hilsea, Hampshire and is a leading provider of CCTV & LED lighting and Domestic Fire Products. QVIS is a leading manufacturer and distributor of recognised brands through established routes to market.

The Role

As the Project Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing contractors, resellers, and project customers in the lighting sector. Working closely with the Projects Sales Manager, you’ll support a customer portfolio worth over £4 million, ensuring excellent service, accurate quotations, and smooth coordination of projects from enquiry through to completion. This role is based at our Head Office in Hilsea, Portsmouth

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service Acting as the go-to contact for enquiries, quotations, product information, and order updates Coordinating lighting projects from concept through to delivery, including timelines, pricing, specifications, and logistics Collaborating with internal teams including operations, logistics, purchasing, and technical support to ensure seamless execution Monitoring project progress, identifying any risks or delays, and keeping stakeholders informed Providing knowledgeable guidance on product selection, specifications, and alternative solutions Supporting customers with technical queries in partnership with specialist teams Identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding project scope Contributing to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and overall customer experience Representing the business professionally in meetings, site visits, and customer reviews

Your Skills and Experience: Project Account Manager

Experience working within a manufacturer, distributor, or project-led environment Exposure xlqdzyr to managing or supporting multi-million-pound project portfolios A solid understanding of lighting products, electrical systems, or building services The ability to read or interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
