Do you have a track record of Project Management in the heritage, learning or arts sectors?

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, creative and flexible individual to work on a project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund that aims to engage new audiences with collections at the University of Leeds and at partner sites across England. The current post is for the Development Phase of the project.

The project centres around present day and historical dialects. It draws on the resources of the Leeds Archive of Vernacular Culture (LAVC) and complementary collections, expertise and interests of the project’s partners, drawn from across the country. The LAVC is a unique and nationally important multi-media archive including the records of the Survey of English Dialects and the Institute of Dialect and Folk Life Studies. The LAVC and work done by the Dialect and Heritage project to date is accessible via the Dialect and Heritage Project website: https://dialectandheritage.org.uk. We are building on and extending the work of the original project in this new venture, and need an experienced project manager to manage the project and bring it to a successful conclusion, including overseeing the preparation of the Delivery Phase application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
