Blackmont Consulting is a student-led consulting organization, established in 2020, supporting project teams through structured research, analysis, and business development activities.

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager Intern to lead consulting teams on client-facing projects, overseeing delivery from problem definition through to final recommendations.

You will play a key role in ensuring structured thinking, high-quality outputs, and effective client communication. This role offers direct exposure to strategic problem-solving, leadership responsibility, and stakeholder management in a real consulting environment.

Wonder what your responsibilities for this role would be?

Lead and manage a team of 5–6 consultants on live client projects Structure project approach, define key workstreams, and ensure timely delivery Maintain regular communication with clients to align on objectives and expectations Review and refine all deliverables to ensure clarity, quality, and impact Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations Identify risks, challenges, and areas for improvement throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate client meetings, including progress updates and final presentations Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. HR) to support talent development and team performance

What do we require for this position, and what does it entail?

· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programme (though this role is not exclusively open to students)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment

· Availability to commit 5–7 hours per week for a minimum of three months
