A prestigious international estate agency is seeking experienced professional to join their team in a Property Accounts & Administration role, supporting a high‑value residential portfolio owned by overseas landlords.
You will work closely with the Property Management, Lettings, and Accounts teams, taking ownership of day‑to‑day financial administration, bookkeeping, and statutory reporting, while maintaining exceptional service standards for international clients.
Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping duties including posting transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records Processing supplier and contractor invoices, credit notes, and payments Preparing and administering service charge accounts Supporting HMRC administration, including VAT queries and submissions Raising purchase orders and liaising with contractors and suppliers Managing financial correspondence with landlords and tenants Supporting property managers with financial reporting and budgeting Liaising with Italian‑speaking landlords and tenants regarding accounts and payments Assisting with tenancy and property administration where required
Requirements Ability to communicate fluently in Italian (spoken and written) for business purposes, due to regular interaction with Italian‑based landlords Previous experience in accounts administration or bookkeeping Strong understanding of invoice processing and financial workflows Confidence liaising with HMRC or supporting VAT processes Excellent organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable Experience within property, estate agency, or professional services Familiarity with property management or accounting software
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm Hybrid working available
