We areseeking a dynamicTeam Leaderto join ourFinance Team. The role will support ourPurchase to Pay and Accounts Receivable team – a key delivery mechanism for our Transformation Programme and the way customers engage with the council. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective operational delivery, enhancing customer experience, and embedding improvements that put health and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
To manage the performance of staff teams to deliver tohigh standardsacrossthe service, Ensuring continued compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
To support the Service Lead and Service Manager in theday-to-daydelivery of a high-quality service that meets the customer needs, whilstoptimisingtechnology and improved processes to deliver an excellent customer experience. To supervise, recruit, develop and motivate staff teams to achieve effective and efficient performance. Responsible for performance appraisals of staff team andappropriate developmentreviewsidentifyingkey training needs and ensure continuous professional development. To manage the performance of staff teams to deliver tohigh standardsacross the service. Ensuring continued compliance with statutory regulations. To organise and co-ordinate day to day allocation of workflow throughout the team, ensuring service priorities are met, the team are effectively targeted, whilstoperatingin accordance withestablished procedures.
About You
Educated to NVQ Level3or equivalent experience. Experience of managing and motivating staff and allocation of work with key performance indicators. Experience of devising, implementing,monitoringand maintainingaccurateadministration systems Experience of change management and change behaviours to improve the customer experience. Experience of developing and monitoring service performance. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
