Description: Full Time / 37 Hours Per Week / Permanent A welcome payment of £5000 will be offered to a suitable candidate with appropriate experience. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to join our litigation team. We are seeking a lawyer to undertake legal work in a range of different areas within the civil litigation team, including both contentious and non-contentious work in the spheres of Landlord and Tenant litigation (commercial and residential), Housing Law, Homelessness, Judicial Review proceedings and Adult Social Care debt. You will have experience of dealing with rent disputes (both commercial and residential leasehold), contested debt, general landlord and tenant matters along with experience of dealing with litigated cases (both Claimant and Defendant work) across a variety of different legal areas.
