Green Bridge Community Housing (GBCH) is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our QA and compliance function across our supported housing service. This role is key to ensuring that the support provided to our service users is of a high standard, consistent, and in line with organisational expectations.
The successful candidate will oversee audit activity, monitor the quality of recorded support and documentation, and ensure that improvements are identified, followed up, and evidenced. A significant part of the role will involve reviewing and analysing case records, identifying trends, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery and quality of audits across the service Manage and support a small team of Compliance Officers and a Complaints Officer Monitor QA systems and identify risks, gaps, and trends Ensure audit findings are followed up and improvements are evidenced Produce clear, insight-driven reports for senior management Oversee complaints and service user feedback processes Work closely with operational managers to support service improvement
About You
We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently Confident in analysing information and identifying trends Comfortable working with detailed information and reviewing case records Able to communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback Comfortable managing a small team and supporting performance Professional, collaborative, and able to work within defined role boundaries A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, as occasional travel to Leeds may be necessary.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-based role Experience working in a people-focused service (e.g. supported housing, social care, healthcare, or a similar environment) is desirable Experience managing or supervising staff is desirable Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience Relevant qualifications in compliance, auditing, housing, social care, or a related field are desirable
