Real Estate Finance Lawyer

A growing City of London based Real Estate Finance team looking to hire a Senior Associate (c.6+ PQE). This is a high-quality position focused on lender-side work, acting on complex real estate financing transactions across both investment and development assets, with strong exposure to cross-border European deals.

You’ll be advising across a broad range of structures including syndicated and bilateral facilities, direct lending, back leverage and securitisation, as well as working closely with agents, servicers and trustees. There is also flexibility to maintain borrower-side exposure, offering a well-rounded practice.

The team is in a clear growth phase, giving you the opportunity to step into a senior, visible role with real responsibility for deal management and client relationships.
