The Role As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at all times. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting all visitors in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner Managing the main switchboard, answering and directing calls efficiently Maintaining a high standard of front-of-house presentation Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception Representing the firm’s values through excellent customer service

About You We are looking for a confident and personable individual to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis who can thrive in a busy environment: Experience in a front-of-house role (hospitality or professional services preferred) Well-presented with excellent communication skills and a professional manner Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with clients and colleagues Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task Calm under pressure, with a resilient and flexible “can do” attitude High levels of integrity, energy, and reliability Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and comfortable using modern telephone systems

Customer service training or experience is highly desirable.

This is a full-time and permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9-5.
