You will be working in the HS2 Main Works, the SCS Joint Venture with Costain and Strabag, our HS2 Main Works South team is delivering one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects – 26 miles of tunnels from London Euston to West Ruislip, along with viaducts, bridges and embankments that will connect communities for generations.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist who will:

As the Receptionist, you will:

General office duties including control of stationery/reprographic equipment Maintenance of email distribution lists Maintenance of Visitors Register and liaison with Site Security Receive, log, and distribute/dispatch postal deliveries Assist with production/collation of ad hoc reports/presentations First contact on site - Meeting & Greeting Customers/Suppliers/Colleagues Maintaining H&S standards and procedures Reporting eventual faults or needs, following up Carryout periodical H&S inspections and maintain accurate records Organising meetings / booking rooms, updating access lists Parking permits (creating permits, updating lists, interact with other compound car parks) Procurement (evaluating needs, creating requisitions, supporting deliveries, dealing with receipts)

We are looking for:

Competent IT skills Experience of Microsoft Office Training will be given on bespoke software applications Excellent communication skills / telephone manners Professional and congenial approach
