Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Watford for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the specific staffing needs of healthcare organisations. Responsibilities will also include maintaining relationships with clients, offering tailored consulting services, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Collaboration with team members and adherence to industry regulations are vital to this role.

Qualifications Experience Recruitment and Recruiting Practices Strong Consulting and Interviewing skills Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively and establish professional client and candidate relationships Proficiency in understanding industry-specific hiring standards is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
