The Opportunity You’ll join a business led by a hands-on Director who is still billing, working in a 180-led executive search model supported by high-quality research. That means: You focus on candidate and client engagement, not admin You work on fewer, higher-value mandates You build deep networks within your niche You develop true market expertise over time

Senior consultants here are consistently billing £250k–£300k, which reflects both the quality of the work and the strength of the platform.

What You’ll Be Doing Delivering executive search assignments across financial services and advisory markets Building relationships with senior professionals – advisers, directors, partners and leadership teams Partnering with clients on strategic hiring decisions Working closely with a dedicated research function to deliver high-quality shortlists Developing your own niche within wealth, financial planning or adjacent markets
