Recruitment Consultant (Sales Background Required)

We’re looking for individuals with up to 5 years’ experience in a high-performance sales environment who want to step into a role where results are directly rewarded.

We partner with global brands including Nike, ASOS, Gymshark, Lululemon, Macy’s and Burberry - helping them build high-performing technology teams.

The Role This is a sales role at its core. You’ll be responsible for: Generating new business through outbound activity Building and developing your own client base Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close Headhunting and placing high-calibre candidates Negotiating deals and closing placements You’ll be expected to build pipeline, win business, and generate revenue from early on.

What You’ll Get Uncapped commission (up to 50%) - no thresholds Realistic earnings: Year 1: £35k–£55k+, Year 2: £45k–£85k+, Year 3: £60k–£100k+ Clear, merit-based progression - promotions based on performance, not time 12-week structured training programme Dedicated sales coaching from day one High achiever incentives: luxury holidays, exclusive events, and performance rewards

What We’re Looking For Up to 5 years’ experience in a target-driven sales role (e.g. SDR/BDR, car sales, telesales, tech/SaaS, outbound sales) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets Comfortable with outbound activity (calls, business development) Competitive, resilient, and motivated by earnings Strong communication and confidence
