An award-winning, design-led architecture practice is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role supporting multiple internal teams across the business, requiring someone who can confidently manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.

Due to the immediate need within the team, this position requires someone who is available to start straight away or on a very short notice period.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across various internal teams Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, providing updates and supporting hiring decisions Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment activity Support wider HR administration, including onboarding processes and documentation

Key Requirements Previous experience within a recruitment, talent, or HR coordination role Exposure to the built environment sector (architecture, construction, or related industries) is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels as well as candidates Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
