We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to lead our Non‑Medical Help (NMH) provision for Unitemps.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high‑impact leadership role at the heart of a busy service, supporting students across our HE Partners.

As the NMH Recruitment Team Leader, you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of a NMH provider that provides support workers to meet disability‑related support needs. You will lead a small team, create and refine operational processes, ensure compliance with frameworks, and build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and operational outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing recruitment processes to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all activity. Building strong relationships with external stakeholders through account management, visits, and regular service reviews. Managing operational procedures and systems in partnership with Unitemps Compliance and Operations teams and WEG IT. Producing key metrics, reports and insights to support team and organisational planning. Ensuring all the service complies with employment legislation and right‑to‑work requirements.

About You

We are seeking a team leader with:

Experience in temporary recruitment, ideally including disability and non‑medical help recruitment. Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance, legislation and best practice. Proven line‑management and team‑leadership experience, with the ability to motivate others and lead by example. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective account‑management experience and the ability to build long‑term relationships. Strong problem‑solving, organisational and initiative‑taking skills.
