About the Role You will be responsible for managing key broker and borrower relationships, supporting repeat business, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts while ensuring a consistently high level of service throughout the loan lifecycle. Working closely with credit, underwriting and completions teams, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth execution and long‑term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of development finance clients and introducers Act as the primary relationship point from initial enquiry through completion and post‑completion Drive repeat business and portfolio growth through trusted, long‑term relationships Understand borrower requirements and structure funding solutions aligned with lending criteria Work closely with credit, underwriting and completions teams to progress transactions efficiently Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility and portfolio reporting Attend client and broker meetings, site visits and networking events where required Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activity and regional trends
