The work usually involves applying your professional knowledge to help train, review or assess AI outputs. In many cases, previous AI training experience is not required. What matters most is strong subject knowledge, clear reasoning and the ability to complete a skills-based assessment.

Typical role structure: Remote contract work Flexible hours, often around 10-40+ hours per week Pay varies by role and domain, with many opportunities listed at c.$25-c.$200+ per hour Suitable for side-hustle, part-time or more regular contract work, depending on availability and fit
