We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to step into a Renewable Energy desk with warm clients and genuine momentum.

Set within a high‑growth, future‑focused sector, this role is open to both experienced 360 recruiters and commercially driven sales or business development professionals looking to build a long‑term career in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing Building and developing a contract desk within your market Winning new clients through business development and relationship building Managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement Sourcing, qualifying, and placing contract professionals Building long‑term relationships with contractors and hiring managers Contributing to the growth of the business, with future scope to build and manage a team

What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant Proven business development experience with strong communication skills Resilient, driven, and commercially minded Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long‑term
