Role Description This is a full-time permanent role of Renewal Specialist based in Wolverhampton. The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for driving customer retention by managing policy renewals, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include explaining policy options, handling renewals to meet retention targets, and providing clear and professional communication to resolve queries and changes effectively.

Hours of Work Week 1 - Monday to Friday 09:00am-17:00pm Week 2 - Monday 10:30am-18:00pm, Tuesday to Friday 11:00am-18:00pm Plus alternate Saturdays 09:00am-13:00pm (remote)

Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Retention and driving Customer Satisfaction through effective service and professional interaction Strong skills in Renewals management and the ability to execute renewal processes efficiently Excellent Communication skills to build rapport, explain insurance solutions, and resolve client inquiries Prior experience in the insurance or customer service industry is advantageous Ability to work independently
