As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be the voice of our brand, ensuring every booking is seamless and will play a key role in the fantastic hotel opening at the heart of Manchester’s Etihad Campus, home to Manchester City Football Club. This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world. The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus — an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to rest, reset and immerse themselves in everything the campus has to offer. What you'll be doing: As a Reservations Agent, you’re the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll handle bookings with confidence and care, making people feel like they’re the centre of the world from their first call or click. This isn’t about processing reservations; it’s about shaping experiences and building trust. In this role, you’ll manage reservations across all channels with accuracy and warmth, working closely with our Front Office and Sales Teams to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll bring your energy, pride and real hospitality to every interaction.
