The Role We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Restructuring team, supporting real estate finance transactions, predominantly for lenders in Scottish and English markets. You will: review finance and security documents, manage electronic data sites, draft legal documentation, assist with property sales and distressed real estate, liaise with internal and external parties.

The work is varied, offering exposure to all areas of the firm and providing a comprehensive insight into commercial law.

Skills & Experience We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, sound legal understanding, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proactive, enthusiastic approach. The ability to work to tight deadlines, use technology, and demonstrate commercial awareness is essential. Previous real estate or finance experience is helpful but not required.
