Retoucher

A leading creative studio is hiring a Retoucher & Motion Finishing Artist to join its post-production team.

This is a hybrid creative role suited to someone who is fundamentally a high-end retoucher first, with the ability to support motion finishing workflows. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all still and motion work that leaves the studio is polished, consistent and client-ready.

The role focuses on: • High-end retouching across automotive and commercial imagery • Colour matching, compositing and finishing across CGI, photography, and AI-generated assets • Supporting motion workflows in DaVinci Resolve (grading, exports, basic editing) • Maintaining consistency across campaigns, formats and outputs

The studio is looking for someone who: • Has a strong retouching portfolio • Is highly proficient in Photoshop • Has working experience with DaVinci Resolve • Demonstrates a sharp eye for detail, colour and realism • Can work independently while integrating into an established team workflow

Salary: £30,000–£50,000 from mid-weight through to senior

Location: Derbyshire, UK (in-studio required initially; hybrid considered later)
