Revenue & Insight Manager £60,000-£65,000 Wolverhampton (Hybrid 2/3 split ideal)
You’ll be joining a commercial team where insight drives decisions and revenue strategy sits at the heart of the business. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape the insights agenda, not just support it.
They’re looking for a commercially minded insights manager who can turn complex data into clear recommendations. The ideal person is someone who’s equally comfortable building a forecast model and presenting to senior stakeholders. It’s a role with real breadth covering revenue strategy, pricing, and market intelligence insights.
You’ll work cross-functionally, partnering with Operations, Marketing, and Finance, and you’ll have the freedom to modernise how the business understands and acts on insights. If you’re someone who wants to lead change rather than just report on it, this is the role for you.
Key Skills Needed:
Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and extract the information needed that will drive commercial action Strong understanding of revenue management principles - pricing, promotions, and mix Experience building forecasting tools and scenario models to support strategic planning Ability to translate fragmented data into compelling narratives that can influence senior stakeholders Experience with analytical tools such as Excel and SQL Experience collaborating across functions
