This is a service‑oriented, varied and fast‑paced administrative role to provide comprehensive cover to the day‑to‑day running of the Revitalise Trust Team with particular support to the Head of the CEO's Office. In this role you will be providing dependable support, handling routine tasks with accuracy, and resolving straightforward issues with confidence.

As part of this role you will;
Contribute positively to the day‑to‑day operation of the RT Team with flexibility and a strong attitude of service Deliver routine administrative tasks accurately and efficiently Resolve straightforward administrative issues independently Provide general administrative and ad‑hoc support as required Assist with office management Organise team meetings, away days and team events
Working closely with the Head of the CEOs' Office, you will assist with:
Researching and booking complex global travel Managing the CEOs' diaries and providing email inbox support in the absence of EAs Preparing paperwork and information packs for meetings, travel and speaking engagements Accurate and timely email and document filing CEOs' expenses administration Administering certain personal and family matters for the CEOs, as required Providing EA cover during periods of annual leave
Requirements
We are looking for someone who will:
Passion for and knowledge of HTB Group and Revitalise Trust High degree of administrative ability with a keen eye for detail Highly organised with experience in an administrative role Relational with good interpersonal skills and oral communication Experience of working with senior management Proficient with the Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-sufficiency and initiative with the ability to work independently with limited supervision Able to maintain absolute discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality at all times
