We are looking for a dedicated Risk and Insurance Support Officer to assist our Risk and Insurance Manager. This role is vital in ensuring our insurance functions run smoothly. You will help prepare data for tenders, insurance renewals, and more. If you enjoy working in a team and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Risk and Insurance Support Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

Data Management: Prepare and collate data for tenders, insurance renewals, and actuarial reviews. Administrative Support: Raise invoices, process purchase orders, and manage payments. Corporate Risk Management: Assist the Corporate Risk Manager in implementing the risk management framework, including booking meetings, writing agendas, and taking minutes. Claims Handling: Support the claims handling team during busy periods by assisting with liability, motor, and property claims.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint). Experience in administrative roles, particularly in data management and financial processes. A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations (GDPR).
