Risk & Data Management Consultant

Risk & Data Management Consultants London | Hybrid (3 days onsite) I'm currently partnering with a growing consulting business within the risk and regulatory change space who are continuing to scale their London team following significant project pipeline growth across the banking sector. The business has grown rapidly over the past year and is continuing to invest heavily in headcount across the UK consulting practice, with multiple hires planned over the coming months. They support a range of banking and financial services clients across risk, regulatory change, data governance and transformation initiatives, with projects spanning areas such as:

• Credit Risk
• Market Risk
• Liquidity Risk
• Basel 3.1
• BCBS239
• Risk Data Aggregation & Reporting
• Data Governance & Data Quality
• Data Lineage & Control Frameworks They're looking for consultants with a strong blend of business, technical and change delivery capability - individuals who are hands-on, delivery-focused and comfortable getting into the detail of complex regulatory and data initiatives. Key experience sought: *Mid-level experience within consulting or banking environments
• Strong understanding of financial risk domains (credit, market and/or liquidity risk)
• Exposure to regulatory programmes including Basel 3.1 and BCBS239
• Experience across data governance, reporting, controls or data quality initiatives
• Technical exposure to tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools
• Experience working closely with stakeholders across change and transformation programmes
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, delivery-oriented mindset The team has a strong collaborative culture with regular social events and a genuinely people-focused environment.
