Rugby Coach

We partner with over 50 schools and collaborate to enhance their PE and sports programs with a team of more than 100 qualified, high-quality coaches across 10 different sports. Role Description Rugby Coach roles based in the London and surrounding Area. Responsibilities will include designing and delivering rugby coaching sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels, promoting player development, and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. The Rugby Coach will work closely with schools to meet their unique needs and support the enhancement of their sports programs. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions is a key component of this role.

Qualifications Proficiency in Rugby Union with experience in playing or coaching. Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with young players, teachers, and parents Experience in Sports Coaching, with a focus on planning and delivering structured training sessions Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to develop their skills and confidence Relevant coaching certifications and/or qualifications (e.g., RFU Level qualifications) are highly desirable A passion for youth sports and promoting positive development through physical activity Successful completion of a background check (DBS or equivalent) is required
