About Edinburgh Street Food Edinburgh Street Food is a busy, seven-day venue in the heart of the city, home to 11 independent kitchens and three bars. We’re entering an exciting new phase, with a growing focus on partnerships, experiences, and creating more reasons for people to visit throughout the week.

The Role We’re looking for a part-time Sales & Business Development Manager to help drive new revenue across group bookings, B2B sales, vouchers, partnerships, and guest trader opportunities. This role will suit someone who is commercially driven, confident building relationships, and motivated by delivering measurable results.

This is a hands-on commercial role focused on generating revenue, not just ideas. You’ll sit within the Marketing team, working closely with Operations to ensure everything brought into the business is delivered successfully in venue.

What You’ll Focus On

Group Bookings & B2B Sales You’ll lead on driving corporate and group bookings, building relationships with local businesses, corporate teams, agencies, and event organisers.

Voucher Sales You’ll help grow voucher sales through corporate gifting, bulk purchases, partnerships, and key seasonal periods such as Christmas. Working closely with Marketing, you’ll support promotion, tracking, and identifying opportunities to scale revenue through targeted outreach and partnerships.

Guest Traders & Partnerships You’ll identify and secure guest traders, pop-ups, and commercial partnerships that align with the ESF brand and add value to the venue. From outreach and relationship building through to agreeing terms, you’ll manage opportunities before handing over to Operations for delivery.

Community & Partnership Development You’ll work to grow relationships with universities, local businesses, sports teams, societies, and community organisations to drive repeat bookings, events, partnerships, and midweek trade.

What You’ll Be Responsible For • Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities • Converting leads into bookings and revenue • Tracking performance, identifying opportunities, and improving conversion • Working closely with Marketing (promotion) and Operations (delivery) • Supporting commercial activity that drives midweek and off-peak trade

What We’re Looking For • Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or hospitality/events • Strong commercial mindset and B2B focus • Confident in outreach, pitching, relationship building, and closing deals • Organised, proactive, and self-motivated • Able to work independently and deliver results in a part-time role

The Details • 24 hours per week (flexible working pattern) • Based in Edinburgh • Reporting into Marketing • Working closely with Operations

Salary & Incentive • Competitive salary depending on experience • Performance incentive linked to revenue generated through bookings, vouchers, and partnerships
