Position: Sales & Marketing Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$105/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Design realistic, end-to-end GTM workflows that challenge today's best models. Grade agent performance across sales motions, marketing, and revenue operations. Build scenarios for account research, ICP targeting, and outreach. Develop marketing scenarios including campaign builds, ad copy, and SEO content. Evaluate CRM hygiene, lead routing, and pipeline analytics. Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years in B2B sales, growth or lifecycle marketing, or RevOps/SalesOps. Working fluency in outbound strategy, campaign planning, and sales operations. Comfortable with GTM artifacts like pipeline reviews and sales playbooks. Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.
