We're hiring: Sales Coordinator — Evolv Energy Tech
We design and install premium solar and battery systems across Scotland. The business is growing fast, and we need someone to keep the sales engine running behind the scenes.
The role in plain English: Our consultants are out closing deals. Your job is to keep their diaries full and their leads warm.
You'll be: ✅ Managing inbound leads from our partners ✅ Booking consultations into the team's calendars ✅ Following up with leads — confirming appointments, chasing quiet ones, keeping deals warm after meetings ✅ Keeping the CRM tight and the pipeline moving
No cold calling. No closing. No proposal writing. Just sharp organisation and great follow-through.
You'll do well here if you: Have 1–3 years in sales coordination, admin, or customer service Are confident on the phone (most of this role lives on calls) Notice when things are drifting before anyone else does Work well independently without being micromanaged Care about clean energy and where the industry is going
