About the role: With the growth and success of our business in the UK, we are looking to expand our sales team by adding a new Sales Representative role based out of Scotland.
As we continue expanding into the UK and Europe, we’re on the hunt for a driven sales leader to join the crew. In this role, you’ll help deliver on shared sales targets by growing our wholesale presence and driving sales across both new and existing B2B accounts throughout Scotland and Ireland.
You’ll spend your time getting in front of customers, building genuine relationships, growing accounts and helping push the brand forward as the go-to premium blank apparel supplier across the UK and Ireland.
This role is made for someone who loves the hustle of sales and feels at home on the road. If you’re motivated, confident and keen to roll with a leading name in the game, this could be your next move!
What you will do: Obtain market share by driving sales from new and existing B2B accounts. Educate customers on how to sell AS Colour. Build relationships, visit and service new and existing B2B customers. Travel frequently in your territories to connect with our growing customer base and internationally when required. Plan sales trips and book appointments. Collating customer feedback and reporting back to management. Efficient use of HubSpot CRM. Find and convert leads and new business opportunities for the brand's growth. Co-host print and embroidery nights with B2B customers and team. Maximize representation organizing & setting up showrooms for our B2B customers. Secure prime showroom real estate with samples and point of sale. Merchandising products in showrooms and retail stockists.

We want to work with someone who has: Minimum 3 years of on-the-road sales experience. 1-3 years of apparel industry experience or knowledge of: -Screen-printing or embroidery -Promotional. -Music merchandise. -Workwear, sportswear and uniform. -Retail/streetwear. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of personalities. A hustle to achieve targets and KPIs. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to recognise different business models and approaches and adapt sales techniques relevant to each business. Holds a current and valid driver’s licence and is able to drive. Ability to travel domestically and internationally with valid, up-to-date travel documentation Has the right to live and work in the United Kingdom permanently.
