The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. You will manage your own pipeline, maximise every opportunity, and consistently deliver strong results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound enquiries (Carwow, AutoTrader, walk-ins, and digital leads)
- Proactively generating new business through prospecting and referrals
- Qualifying customers and understanding their needs to present the right vehicle solution
- Booking and conducting appointments and test drives
- Structuring and presenting finance packages
- Maintaining accurate and disciplined use of CRM and diary management
- Delivering outstanding customer service to generate repeat business and referrals
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales and profitability targets
