We’re partnering with a global leader in industrial power solutions to hire a Power Systems Sales Executive into their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career (up to ~5 years’ experience) who thrives in a new business / hunter-style role and is looking to build an international career in a highly technical, high-value sales environment. You’ll be responsible for developing new business across international markets, working with customers to deliver power generation and energy solutions into a range of industries.
What You’ll Be Doing Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across assigned territories Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline and forecast Collaborate with internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities Track all activity and opportunities via CRM (e.g. Salesforce) Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For Up to 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales / business development role A strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business Experience selling into technical, industrial, engineering, or related sectors (flexible) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities Commercially aware with a proactive approach
Nice to Have (Not Essential) Exposure to international markets Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Technical or engineering background Additional language skills
