Salesforce Admin | Nonprofit | London (2 days in office, 3 from home) | Up to £40k

I’m working with a purpose‑led organisation delivering services that make a genuine, measurable impact on people across the UK, to recruit a Salesforce Admin.

You’d be joining a team driven by a strong social mission, where the work directly supports individuals during challenging moments and contributes to long‑term, positive change. The organisation is known for challenging outdated norms, reaching people where they are, and creating safe, supportive spaces through thoughtfully designed services and campaigns.

Their work combines direct support with wider engagement initiatives aimed at breaking down barriers, encouraging openness, and making help more accessible to a broad and diverse audience. The team itself is highly values‑driven, collaborative, and deeply invested in doing work that matters. There’s a real emphasis on wellbeing, flexibility, and trust, balancing meaningful output with a sustainable, people‑first culture.

They’re looking for someone with 1–3 years’ Salesforce experience. Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement would be highly beneficial, particularly where it’s been used to support communications or engagement activity, though it’s not a strict requirement.

Experience in a mission‑driven or impact‑focused environment is a plus, but by no means essential.

On offer is a salary of up to £40k depending on experience, hybrid working in London with a predominantly remote setup, strong pension contributions, generous and flexible time‑off policies, and a benefits package designed to genuinely support work‑life balance alongside a welcoming, relaxed office environment for in‑person days.

This is an 8–12 month FTC with a chance of extension.
