Sales/Lettings Negotiator

Role Description We are seeking a full-time Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This on-site role involves engaging with landlords and tenants to facilitate property rentals, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements. The successful candidate will also handle inquiries, ensure excellent customer service, and support the efficient management of rental properties.

Qualifications Strong understanding of Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management Experience in working within Estate Agencies or similar property sectors Effective Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in managing client relationships and tenant expectations Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively Previous experience in the lettings or real estate sector is a plus Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is highly advantageous but not required Familiarity with local property laws and regulations
