Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission
Sector: Cybersecurity
Experience: No experience required – full training provided
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Manchester City Centre team, working in the exciting cybersecurity sector.
The Role As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role will be to identify opportunities, engage decision‑makers, and book qualified meetings for the wider sales team.
This is a target‑driven role with uncapped earning potential and clear progression.

What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn Confidently communicating the value of cybersecurity solutions Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues Consistently working towards and achieving daily and monthly targets Accurately updating CRM systems and tracking activity
What We’re Looking For
Confident and clear communication skills Comfortable speaking to people and building rapport Motivated by targets and uncapped commission Resilient, coachable, and eager to learn A positive attitude and strong work ethic
No previous sales or cybersecurity experience is required — structured training and ongoing support will be provided.
