Shift Rota: 4on 4off 1100-2300 (12Hour Shifts)

Main Duties

Maintain a professional presence: determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable Welcome clients and visitors warmly: Issue and manage ID badge's Operate: Phones Emails IT systems CCTV Alarm systems Access control (doors and car park) Monitor and respond to: Suspicious activity Potential criminal behaviour Maintain control of incidents until emergency services arrive Record, report, and escalate incidents to the Account Manager Person Specification
