Job Role

Working in a specialised SEMH provision or a mainstream resource unit, you will help students manage their emotions and de:escalate situations, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Requirements

Must have previous UK experience supporting SEMH or behavioural needs.

Strong communication skills and high levels of emotional intelligence.
