Senior Account Director- Not for Profit Sector London based - 3 days hybrid working central London 60-65k- 6 month contract

We’re looking for a Senior Account Director to lead and shape our not-for-profit portfolio.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, partnering with organisations tackling important social challenges. You’ll sit at the heart of the team, working closely with the Senior Business Director and collaborating with strategists and creatives to deliver thoughtful, effective campaigns.

From leading new briefs to guiding ongoing projects, you’ll play a key role in shaping work that resonates. You’ll bring clarity to complexity—balancing multiple stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring everything lands to a high standard.

Relationships are central to this role. You’ll build strong, trusted partnerships with clients and colleagues alike, contributing to both the strategic direction and day-to-day success of the business. At the same time, you’ll support and develop your team, creating an environment where people can do their best work.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and growing client relationships, spotting opportunities along the way Helping shape the strategic and creative direction of campaigns Leading integrated projects across channels, from brief to delivery Working closely with partner agencies to deliver joined-up thinking Supporting and developing team members through coaching and feedback Keeping a close eye on performance, from delivery through to financials Ensuring work meets relevant regulations and industry standards

What you’ll bring:

Experience leading client accounts within an agency or similar environment Integrated campaign experience Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects Strong communication and organisational skills A solid understanding of marketing and communications Experience in not for profit sector or public sector campaigns.
