Account Manager x2– 1x CIS Markets and 1xSweeps Location: Fully Remote – (Cyprus, Malta, UK Preferred) Salary: DOE + Annual Bonus
We are partnering exclusively with a high-growth iGaming content provider to hire two experienced Account Managers for their growth in both the CIS region and Sweeps market. These are key commercial roles, suited to candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and can independently drive revenue growth across strategic operator accounts. The Role You will own and grow key B2B operator relationships, acting as a strategic partner to clients while delivering against ambitious commercial targets. Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Ownership · Define and execute the regional strategy aligned with global growth goals for the market · Deliver against revenue and profitability targets · Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across the region Key Account Management · Manage and grow relationships with leading operator partners · Build long-term account plans focused on revenue optimisation and visibility · Run structured business reviews, analysing performance (GGR, positioning, engagement, ROI) · Lead contract renewals, renegotiations, and commercial uplift initiatives Business Development · Secure new distribution deals with tier-one and tier-two operators · Negotiate commercial frameworks (revenue share, minimum guarantees, promotions) · Expand market penetration and maximise content distribution Market & Product Alignment · Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure strong localisation · Use market insights and data to inform strategy and product positioning · Monitor competitors and identify differentiation opportunities About You · 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B iGaming (content provider / slots / RNG) · Proven track record of driving revenue growth in designated markets · Strong network across regional operator partners · Fluent in Russian and English for the CIS Account Manager role · Commercially sharp with strong attention to detail What We’re Looking For · A self-starter who operates without the need for close supervision · Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability · Strong relationship builder, confident engaging senior stakeholders · Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment Why Join? Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Ownership · Execute the Sweeps / Social market strategy · Deliver revenue and growth targets Key Account Management · Manage key operator relationships across the US · Drive revenue through positioning, promotions, and optimisation · Conduct performance reviews and identify growth opportunities · Lead renewals and commercial negotiations Business Development · Secure new operator partnerships · Structure scalable commercial deals · Expand footprint across Sweeps / Social platforms Market & Product Alignment · Align product, themes, and messaging to US Sweeps audiences · Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise performance · Track trends and competitor activity About You · Strong B2B iGaming experience (content / slots / RNG preferred) · Proven success in Sweeps / Social markets · Existing operator network in the US · Fluent in English · Willing to work US hours where required What We’re Looking For · Highly autonomous and results-driven · Strong commercial mindset · Excellent relationship management skills · Comfortable operating in a scale-up environment Why Join?
